thing.descriptionMargaret Atwood (1939-) was born in Ottawa and brought up in northern Ontario, Quebec, and Toronto, Canada. Published in more than forty-five countries, Atwood attended Victoria College at the University of Toronto and Radcliffe College, from which she respectively received her undergraduate degree and her MA. She’s the author of over fifty books, several of which have received numerous prizes, such as The Testaments (2019) and The Blind Assassin (2000), both Booker Prize winners.
